I did my 25 minute T25 workout with my coworkers today annnnnd thats about it. Hey, at least it is something. BUT. BUT. BUT this is my weeks schedule and I am sticking with it. So here it goes...
Tuesday- Early Morning Workout
Wednesday- Early Morning Workout
Thursday- Early Morning Workout
Friday- Early Morning Workout
